Join us and other community members for the Moon Walk!

Join us and other community partners for the monthly Moon Walk.  This month, we celebrate the Pink Moon!

Local Historian and Library Board Member, Gloria Parsisson, will be leading a Centerburg history presentation this evening. Gloria is a great source for local and accurate history of Centerburg (and beyond!). Come learn about the early days (1780-1830) of a European settlement of this area before it became Hilliar, Bloomfield, Liberty and Milford Townships. This will be a discussion group, sharing what information we have and seeking a better understanding of what motivated folks to move here and create a new life.

 The next "Moon Walk" will be Sunday, March 1 from 6:30-8:30.

Drop in anytime between 10:00 - 4:00 to build a creation using our LEGOs! We will display the creations for the next week in the Juvenile Nonfiction area. All ages welcome.

Today is the last day!

It's that time of the year again! Have some fun picking a wrapped book and receive a special treat. The books will include several clues to help you make your selection. This is a fun way to choose a book that you may not normally pick up. Books will be on display all week on the front book case.  

There are a limited number of spice kits and when they are gone, they are gone. Pick up a staff selected spice each month along with a suggested recipe. Use the spice in the suggested recipe or any other recipe during the month and return your spice "ticket" to be entered in a special drawing at the end of May. If you email or give us a written copy of the recipe that you made, you will receive an extra spice ticket and your recipe will be included in our 2026 Holiday Recipe Book.
