We will be playing B-I-N-G-O for fun and cool prizes! Even non-winners will leave with a treat.  All ages are invited to attend but event is geared towards preschool to adults.  We will meet behind the gazebo and you may bring a chair or blanket to sit on, if you wish.  We will play for about 45 minutes! Join Valorie and Tina behind the gazebo for the LIVE version of our YouTube channel's "Cook the Book."  They will be reviewing a few books by Ohio authors and whipping up some buckeye candy! Samples will be available for attendees and this program will be recorded for our YouTube channel. 

Our focus this entire week is SHARKS! Stop by to check out book displays, shark facts and shark activities. June 23rd at 6 pm will be our Shark Craft Extravaganza for all ages! Call with questions

Stop by to hear a bit about owls and owl pellets! Then....drumroll, please.....we will be dissecting owl pellets! All ages are invited to attend but content will be geared to preschool through adults.  Meet behind the gazebo and bring chairs or a blanket, if you wish.  There are a limited number of owl pellets available.  Event will last approximately 30 minutes. Please join us to celebrate the 43 year library career of Chriss White.  Chriss has risen through the ranks and has been a Volunteer, Clerk, Children's Librarian and Assistant Director. Chriss retired in September 2021 and we are so pleased to finally be able to celebrate her in the manner she deserves.  Stop by to share a memory and let her know how she has influenced you in her years here.

Meet with a staff member at 1:00 pm at the gazebo to have about 30-45 minutes of silent reading.  Ages 8 and up are invited to bring a book to read.  It is strongly recommended that children be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is a come-and-go event, so you may stay for just a bit or for the entire time. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on, if you wish.  However, if you are looking for an all-adult group that meets to read alone but "together" and has great snacks and mocktails? Staff members will be reviewing new books and old favorites on Instagram and Facebook with postings at 11:00 each Wednesday! View the posts at your convenience and get ideas for your "To Be Read" list.

The Library Board of Trustees will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, June 2 at 4:30 pm.  This is a change from their usual meeting time of the second Tuesday of each month. Please call with questions.
