Silent Reading Party

Have you heard about Silent Reading Parties? Many of these have sprung up around the country, and we have had patrons requesting that we try one out here.  These events allow you to read in public alone, but together.  It has been described as "It's a silent party where everyone reads!"  Everyone 18 and older is invited.  So, bring a book to read or choose one from here and plan on joining us.  There will be yummy snacks and mocktails, too.  Grab your book, snacks and find a cozy place to read in our library.  It's guaranteed that it will be the most fun and unique thing that you've done in a long time.  Please call with questions!
