Join Gloria Parsisson as she shares her extensive knowledge of Centerburg history with a focus on trains in the area. Event will be upstairs from the library in the Village Council Chambers from 2-4 pm.  More details coming soon!

Join us at 2:00 P.M. in the Village Council Chambers (upstairs from the Library) to watch The Polar Express movie! Wear your pajamas and enjoy hot cocoa and cookies! There will also be an appearance by Santa at 4:00, so bring your camera to take a photo.  This is a free event sponsored by the Library.

Library Board meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 4:30 pm. Meetings are open to the public. Please call with questions.

Join us at the gazebo by the Library for our first-ever Giant Outdoor Games.  You can play such favorites as checkers, Twister, Jenga and Kerplunk! These will all be giant sized, of course! Event will run from 1:00-2:00 PM. 

The library will host a "Discovering Your Ancestors" workshop presented by volunteers from the local chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.  DAR is a lineage-based organization for women who are directly descended from a person involved in the Revolutionary War.  Topics include: organizational skills, source checklist, using census and court records. Event will be from 1:00-2:30 p.m. in the Centerburg Village Council Hall (above the library).  The workshop is free but registration is required and limited to 25 participants.  

People of all ages are invited to bring their friends & family for a bit of fun! There will be donuts and amazing activities for those of all ages. This is a come-and-go program. So, stop in for a few minutes to get a snack and complete an activity or two. The event begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 3:00 pm.

Everyone who participated in our Summer Reading Program is invited to stop in to see if they have won a prize and also to receive a free ice cream treat.

Today is the last day to turn in reading logs and slips for the prize drawings. 

Summer Readers who are 5-17 years old are invited to join us in the library meeting room as we play this classic game for fun and prizes. Bingo will last 45 minutes.
